Westchase Tampa Newborn Photographer
Family and Baby Pictures
This family is pretty much one of my Hamilton Creek Photography forever families. I am coming up on five years in business as a Tampa family photographer, and this family has been with me much of this journey! They were referred by one of my first families and have been coming to me every year, or actually once or twice a year since. I love seeing these girls grow up before my camera, and certainly was so thrilled to see them welcome one of the most perfect baby brothers ever. As a Westchase Tampa newborn photographer, I love to capture newborn details and simple baby poses, along with the sweet family portraits that mean the most in the end. How I wish I had more sweet newborn pictures with my own boys, and it is definitely one of those “I wish I could do that again” feelings I get every now and again. Having NICU babies means a lot less newborn, I mean real first week of life newborn pictures for us. But, then I get over that feeling, knowing how lucky I am to have so many pictures of our boys and our adventures together since!
This little guy was the most laid back baby boy, maybe ever. We were able to even sneak in some gorgeous outdoor newborn pictures as well. His mama wanted my opinion on a few baby props she was eyeing up and when I saw the “Where the Wild Things Are” inspired crown hat, I knew I had a perfect little set up in mind. I don’t always do a ton of prop inspired baby photos any more, and prefer the simple baby led posed newborn pictures that focus on baby, but come on…who can resist a baby “Wild Thing?” Am I right? The wooden bowl I picked up recently with the inspiration to do some outdoor newborn pictures was just perfect, too. Thank you Home Goods!

Here are the more simple baby poses that focus on his sweetness and simplicity of a fresh newborn below.
