Coquina Beach Vacation Family Photos

This family came to visit the area earlier this month and we had an amazing night for a fun, family photo session on Coquina Beach. I love when people set up vacation family photos while in the Tampa Bay area. I photograph families as far north as Honeymoon Island and as far south as Lido Key and everywhere in between. If you are heading to Anna Maria Island, Redington Beach, Indian Rocks Beach or somewhere close by, the odds are that I know the perfect beach for us to document your time here on our gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beaches. Usually it is somewhere close to where you are staying or where you are vacationing if you are right on the beach!

I loved that this family opted for some bright, happy, summer-like colors for their family portrait wardrobe palette. The sunshine that night really helped their bright colors pop against the neutrals on the beach as well as the gorgeous greenery that is found all over Coquina Beach. I adore this beach because it is so easy to park at and the sand is just a lot softer and less shelly than the beaches to the north of this area. Here are a “few” favorites from this session. Few is funny because if you know me, or have had a session with me, you know I am never going to just deliver the minimum promised images in your gallery. However, if you are looking for a shorter session on the beach this year, I do have a few more options for fall sessions open. I sent out my fall schedule to my previous clients only so far, but here are a few options for beaches that are still open at the time of this blog post:

I love starting in the greenery around the beach for everyone to warm up to the camera, to create a wind block and just bring a bit of color to a neutral beach session
