Holiday Mini Sessions | Medard Park Pictures

This family lucked out with the most gorgeous glowy light at Medard Park for their holiday mini session earlier this year. I always try to respect family’s wishes to keep images off social media and the web until their holiday cards are out. Usually that means I am the worst at actually sharing so many of the sessions I do each year. I am trying to get better at sharing. I know it helps with other families are looking for photo locations around Tampa Bay and looking for wardrobe inspiration to match their vision, too. This family is always so fun, especially their kiddos connections, even with the age difference and distance between as big sis finishes college. I loved how the blues and greens complimented the green background. Sometimes I say to stay away from green when you are doing your family photos at a lush green space, but the right green can work. Teals and dark greens would get lost, but this almost minty green works well. I also love that mama picked a floral print dress. That gives a real break to the green and balances out the more solid clothing choices. Medard Park is always a hit every year for Tampa holiday mini-sessions.
