Family photo sessions are what fills my photography heart and soul. They are full of fun, authentic moments with gentle direction from me, hopefully so gentle you barely notice I am helping you look your best while you connect with each other in the most natural and beautiful way.

Hi, it’s me!

Hello and welcome! I am Brooke, of Hamilton Creek Photography. I am the photographer behind the camera and have been helping photograph Tampa Bay families for over twelve years. Photographing families of all ages, stages of life, in an authentic, colorful and light filled way is truly my photography passion.

The session will be fun, so while heirlooms are what you are left with to treasure, getting there is playful, with a sense of adventure. Celebrate the things your family loves most. I want you to see your family‘s story for years to come. What I love most in photography is gorgeous natural light, nature as your background, and families coming together to create loving moments.

Authentic

Your family, your story. Do what you love and let us document it! If that is hanging in your home, we are here for it. If that means a gorgeous sunset at the beach, let’s go! A walk in the woods, a night at the park, we have lots of locations to suggest and will find the right one for your family as part of our “getting to know” you part of the photo process. We aren’t the type of photographer to just show up and push a shutter button. We want to know you, what matters to your family and help document your family authentically.

Colorful

Let’s talk editing. Your photos will be colorful. My style is often called rich and bold. I help make your photos stand out from a simple cell phone snap. So many of my family photo sessions are set in lush settings like a green park, or buildings with color and murals. Even the textures you get from a beautiful night on the beach and a rich sunset make my photos more colorful. So, yes, colors will stand out and not be washed out in editing. Our greens in Florida are deep and I will edit them that way. If you want muted and less bold colors, then I am not the right fit for your style. That is okay, too. Picking a photographer who meets your vision is as important as picking one in your budget.

Light filled

Light is very important to me and my photo stories. As you look through my portfolio, you will see that is a common thread whenver possible. I want the sunlight and would rather have too much light than not enough. I help you pick the right time to do your photo sessions in order to get that glowy, bright, warm backlight in much of our session time together. That means we may ask you to come early mornings to photograph you in the best light possible. Or, it could be a later evening time if it is the long days of summer. If that doesn’t work for your schedule with little ones,then I will help you pick a location that will work with your needs and still give you the best lighting possible.

Artwork Details

All tangible goods are taxed at 7.5% sales tax rate, and the flat shipping rate for all artwork is $10 no matter the size or rate. However, the collections include free shipping.

Artwork typically takes two weeks from the time of ordering to shipment. Even if your items are ultimately hand delivered, as many of my orders are, the shipment from the lab is the cost of your order. No artwork is ordered until payment in full is received and no digitals are available for download until your order is finalized as well. Touch ups of final images for download takes up to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday).

Keep in mind, if you spend over $600 in artwork of any kind through the a la carte pricing, you will be able to download the full resolution digital negatives with personal printing rights.
