Newborn Pictures Tampa | In home and outdoor baby photos
If you saw the blog post earlier this week about when to take your baby photos, you may have seen that the timing I recommend is totally up to you. However, I do recommend within the first two weeks if possible if you want to opt for the more baby led newborn photos with more sleeping baby pictures. This session was done when the new baby was only ten days old. She truly slept the majority of our time together and I was able to document many sleepy baby poses while her big brother finished up breakfast and got ready for the family photos.
Being the one to document big brother’s newborn photos, I was able to do a similar set up to his newborn photos for little sister. Check out their maternity photo session in Tampa with a few favorites from F’s newborn photo session in their home HERE. I especially love that their pup made an appearance in both newborn photo sessions as well. Poop pup looks a little more tired this time around with a second baby in his space :)
I loved being able to document smilar images for both babies and still keep each baby with their own special portraits of their own. What an honor for me to be able to photograph these milestones for families. Trust me, I am so thankful for this job every time I get to do it!
Thankfully we had lovely weather to step outside for a few extra posed and lifestyle newborn pictures in their Tampa backyard, too. When toddlers are involved, it is nice to give them space to run and be a bit free instead of being “on” camera the entire time of a newborn photo session. My Tampa in-home newborn photo sessions typically last two hours. Additionally, I offer a petite newborn session for one hour. That works if you want baby to be in your arms and focus more on family pictures versus just baby on their own for a portion of the photo session. When inquiring, we will discuss your vision for your own baby’s photos and what works best for you to get you the right photo package. If you have any questions, reach out while you are still expecting so you can get on my calendar. I book only two newborns a month to give each family the attention they need and still work with my calendar of family and senior photo sessions, too.
