Meet N. Her smile and spirit match her beauty and brains! I adore her and her family. Her senior session was a two part session and I am actually recommending it for future seniors if you can do manage to set up two mini-sessions, or a full session with a plan for two locations in the logistics!

The first part was taking during my mini-sessions this fall at the amazing greenhouse that was styled for winter. This senior wanted something “different” for her senior pictures and I think this location was perfect for her. Then we did another mini-session with family and also took a few more portraits just for her approaching graduation milestone. She had her cap and gown and a few of her accessories for graduation already, too, so she was lucky to get her senior pictures completed in December! Not everyone will be that lucky, so early spring is always a great time for senior pictures. My weekends book up super quickly this time of year, not only with vacation photos for families visiting Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg, but my kids swim meets are in full bloom as well with senior champs approaching, too. So, if you are looking for a weekend date in spring, best to reach out now. I typically book out at least six weeks in advance. Weeknights are a little easier to set up especially with the days now once again, getting longer into spring!

Here are a few of my favorites from the green house session. Her lovely lush burnt orange dress complemented the white backdrops with warmer tones to coordinate, too. She brought her boots, her hat and favorite book, and I loved bringing her personality out in these senior pictures. The greenhouse is still for rent and after January will no longer be in the winter theme, so reach out if you want to set up a session here. If you book with a friend or two, you can split the rental fee and get added print credit for referring your friends, too!

Now back to this family photo session. We moved to a more natural park setting and invited the whole family to celebrate Miss N getting ready to graduate. I loved that they all came back even with her big sister’s senior photos taken last year. Look back at that fun session with other photo locations from Tampa Bay HERE. This time around we met at my other favorite Lithia/Brandon/Valrice/Riverview area park, Boyette Springs Park. It is a quiet location set in a neighborhood with lots of green space and open shade to let everyone have space to move but only a short walk down from the parking lot. It does have a big playground right next to it though so if you have littles who may be more interested in playing I would save this one until they are a bit older. But back to this family, they really are my favorite people to photograph and remind me so much of the bond my family has with each other. Everyone genuinely likes each other and is happy to spend time together and most importantly laugh with each other!! I feel their joy and love in each of these photos, and that is just truly the best to document for other families!
