I just adore when families get together and want to document this time together with a photo session. Celebrating this gorgeous mama of this family, we got together to celebrate her 70th birthday. I honestly don’t believe she is 70! Can I have her skin when I am 70? But I digress. I just had the most fun documenting this family at the gorgeous Medard Park in Plant City. The mossy trees, beautiful sunlight, gorgeous huge trees that look prehistoric and so unique, yes please!

Tampa family photographer, specializing in motherhood moments, this special photo session at Hillsborough River State Park with a fellow photographer filled my soul with sunshine, even when we were dodging rain…they brough their own sunshine for sure. I offered a few motherhood mini-sessions this spring and my amazing returning clients snapped them up before I could even advertise them. This family is dear to my heart with their long time photo experiences with me. From business branding photos, family photos before they got married, and then engagement, wedding and newborn photos, I feel like I have been there to document so many of their milestones. That is not a gift I take lightly. This session was so full of energy and fun and some wind, but their family’s love is what I feel when I look at these fun photos. Tampa family photography especially focusing on motherhood portraits are my favorite sessions to document.

Urban family photo session, yes please. The biggest hit this fall and first location snatched up off the schedule right away. This lovely family has been coming back to me for ten years. I think this was one of my favorite sessions of theirs yet. They fit perfectly in this urban setting. Oh, and if you you are looking for a cool urban photo shoot next year, the flowers that bloom in the spring really make the riverwalk come alive more, too. It is a great spot for high school senior sessions or fun family photo sessions any time of year!

This family has been on my blog a lot. Which I love because I really love watching clients kiddos grow up before my lens! I mean look at little L. His curls and big beautiful eyes are a photographer’s dream. Meet baby D! She is about as cute as can be and her parents are adorable, too, right? This session got moved from early storms in September to October. I am so glad we stuck it out to do this outdoor baby photo session during the season of holiday photos and set up a weekday session at Davis Island Beach. The waiting was worth it. The light was pure magic.
