This family came to visit the area earlier this month and we had an amazing night for a fun, family photo session on Coquina Beach. I love when people set up vacation family photos while in the Tampa Bay area. I photograph families as far north as Honeymoon Island and as far south as Lido Key and everywhere in between. If you are heading to Anna Maria Island, Redington Beach, Indian Rocks Beach or somewhere close by, the odds are that I know the perfect beach for us to document your time here on our gorgeous Gulf of Mexico beaches. Usually it is somewhere close to where you are staying or where you are vacationing if you are right on the beach!

This family is just so gorgeous and wonderful, inside and out. I loved meeting their newest baby boy recently, especially in the comfort of their home. I love being a Tampa in home newborn photographer. I bring a few things with me and honestly, use the light and rooms that each family has to help each family’s newborn photos be uniquely their own. This family also brings their puppies to their photo sessions and keeping them happy and relaxed at home always helps, too. Here are a few of my favorite images from their session, but picking a few is almost impossible.

I loved meeting this sweet family a couple of weeks ago when they were down in the area dropping their oldest daughter off at college. What a gorgeous night and family, right? I loved seeing their oldest daughter interact so sweetly with the younger siblings and how much everyone just soaked up their time together. I can’t imagine dropping your first baby off at school, especially in another state. What a great location though, especially with her marine biology focused study! This family made a family trip of it though and really seemed like they had a great time together before the big drop off. Sending miss C the best of luck!!! I loved meeting this family and their newest addition about five weeks after he was born. We had a great time documenting him as well as their pups in their relaxed in home newborn pictures in Tampa Bay. This session proves that “newborn” photos don’t have to be taken when the baby is less than two weeks old. If you want a more relaxed newborn photo experience, we can do it in the comfort of your home at any time you are ready.

I love families who come here to vacation together and make time to get family photos done together. It really is so special to document your vacations on our gorgeous Florida beaches, but it is a whole different level when you take time to do a family photo session on the beach with your whole family. This family was staying on Treasure Island Beach. I don’t get to that specific area as much as Indian Rocks Beach and south in areas like Pass-a-Grille Beach or Anna Maria Island but man, Treasure Island was super pretty!

I was so happy to get to the beach this May. Apollo Beach photos are always fun and I have had quite a few maternity sessions there over the years, too. It is typically not the busiest beach in the area, but the new viewing platform and longer hours until sunset year round definitely makes it an easier to get to beach for those of us on this side of the bay for sure. For this time of year, the weather is warmer, the water is warmer, but the breeze at the beach usually means it is one of the slightly cooler spots to do a photo session in Tampa Bay in summer!

Tampa graduation photos are over for 2024 for me, but not before I documented one of my sweet friend’s beautiful daughters big milestone of finishing her doctorate a few weeks ago. I am so happy for this family, and all their kind, wonderful, smart “kids” who I have been lucky enough to document for years and years and lots of family milestones. I was so happy we got a gorgeous, sunny night on the Tampa riverfront to document her USF grad pictures.

This family is so blessed to have two recent Bulls in the family. One gril who graduated late last year and one who is about to head to USF full-time. I adore this sweet family and their pups are the most chill dogs I have ever photographed! I loved that doing their senior photos in downtown Tampa meant the dogs were welcome at the photo session, too. This location is a great urban setting for students in Tampa.

I am so glad this sweet family moved back to the area. I was lucky enough to photograph their oldest a LONG time ago for her newborn photos. My, has she changed since then and I mean, come on, now they have three more kiddos and it doesn’t get any sweeter than that! Their mama also was the best “big boy sitter” as the boys called her back then. She helped me as I was getting into business and had kids not school aged at that point. She would take them to the park, the museum and was the BEST! Now, she is the best mama, and I am not surprised at all! So, here is a morning session we did at my favorite Tampa flower field.

I love that this senior booked two mini-sessions this spring to optimize the best of our beautiful Tampa Bay locations for senior pictures. A quick 30 minute session means a quick change so you don’t lose light and session time, but if you do book two mini-sessions, then that means two locations and up to two outfits per location, too! Win-win! I only offer mini-sessions on weekends unless I have a few mini-sessions set up back to back during select times of the year. With longer days right now, it is a great time to set up a weekday mini-session to document your grad in your life!

This family is one of my favorites and after years of knowing them, I finally got them in front of my camera. What a big milestone as this guy gets ready to graduate!! I am always thrilled when senior pictures include a portion for family photos, too. As a Plant City senior photographer one of the most requested locations is Medard Park. It is always gorgeous and allowed so much room to bring his baby, er, car with! Having something meaningful at your senior pictures can often time relax seniors more. Especially guys who many not be as used to taking selfies and photos as some of the senior girls I photograph.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this family. It really has been so amazing to see their family grow and all the love they have for each other.
